Roofing consisting of 5cm thick precast cement concrete 1:2:4 tiles laid in position with cement sand mortar 1:3 over R.C.C. battens 0.6 m apart excluding cost of R.C.C. Battens but including 4cm thick screed of cement concrete 1:4:8 over tiles 2 coats of bitumen at 2.34 Kg. per sqm 25mm mud plaster 7.5 mud over another layer of 25mm mud plaster filling space between battens over beam with cement concrete (1:3:6) blocks in cement morter 1:3 and cement pointing 1:2 on the underside of tiles.
