Providing & fixing 30mm thick factory made Hollow PVC Profile PVC Flush door shutter consisting of panel of of 20mm thickness,frame made out of M.S. tubes of size of 19mm x 19mm x19 guage inserted inside the hollow section of stiles, top and bottom rails and two 19mm x 19mm MS tubes inserted horizontally inside the hollow profile section using 5mm thick PVC sheet using screws. Hollow PVC profile shall be lipped with 10mm (5mm x 2) thick x 20mm width on stiles and rails using solvent cement. the inner panel shall be laminated with 5mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retardant Prelam PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of panel etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification,conforming to test criteria specified in IS:4020-1998, Drawings and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
